"I Want Candy!"
I did a mock Buffet Set up. I needed to be able to show my venue what I was looking for and how to set it up, so we did! With the help of my lovely BM Meghan and Jason.

So I finished my "Love is Sweet" sign. I painted it black, added some silver sparkles, and tied little ribbons for some color.
Escort Cards
The Escort Cards are dual purpose. They are the escort cards as well as the container for the candy buffet. I am bg fan of multi-use items.

Here are the bathroom baskets that I put together and their contents.
Napkins
I liked the idea of the Eat Drink and Be Married Napkins, but I did not like the idea of paying $20 for 100. So I took it upon myself to stamp my own. I purchased the napkins at iParty and it fit my colors perfect. I also made my own stamp. I think they came out pretty good, and it adds another personal touch.

I fell in love with the idea of a photo frame card box, while looking through multiple Knottie's Bio pages (Gabs and AmyLou). When I brought the idea to Russ he went a little further. So with his help and help from my brother and FI, we created a card-box with a lid and a lazy-susan.

Let there be Cake!
I will be making my own cake for the wedding, and one of my previous employers, Debbie, offered to deliver it for me! I am sooo thankful for that!
Russ wants his own cake(though it probably will not happen), Chocolate Cake, with Chocolate frosting, and mini chocolate chips. I am hoping to do a trial run and that is when I will post pictures.

Cake Trial
The Cake is going to be 3 tier. Each layer will be half White Almond Cake and Half Chocolate cake with a chocolate frosting filling.
The design is going to be something similar to the picture on the middle tier.
The ribbon will be the thicker turquoise with a thinner yellow in the middle. The scroll work will be white frosting with dots of color (but not like the top tier).
